Unlike some forms of exercise, Pilates does not over-develop some parts of the body and neglect others. While Pilates training focuses on core strength, it trains the body as an integrated whole. Pilates workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints.

Technogym's Kinesis machine is a sleek set of cable and pulley resistance exercise systems that takes up less space than a bicycle rack. This machine can be used to complete dozens of exercise routines at hundreds of varying intensity levels. Because of its versatility, Kinesis enables fine turning of exercise programs, and you can change the intensity level by simply increasing your distance from the pulleys.
Our Aquatic facilities have lanes dedicated to open lap swimming, lanes dedicated to aquatic group exercise classes; such as water aerobics and arthritis foundation. The aquatic facility houses our swim team, swim lesson, and our open family swim. Each aquatic facility also contains a large hot tub for post-work out relaxation. Family changing rooms and showers are also provided.
Our impeccably maintained salt water purified pools are half olympic sized (75' x 42') and a great place to do low impact cardio, swim laps, or train for your triathlon, some locations have warm water pools dedicated to Arthritis Foundation Classes. Family Swim and Swim lessons available daily
The therapeutic benefits that a hot tub provides are many. From physical to emotional stress relief, alleviating muscle pain to relief for arthritis, a hot tub can bring your health into focus. Our aquatic facilities offer large hot tubs for your enjoyment.
Our Executive Locker Rooms have full and half size day lockers available to all our members and guests. Our locker rooms have multiple televisions, both dry Sauna and wet Steam rooms. Individual showers and body wash are provided as well as bathing suit dryers.
Relaxation to the core: Come relax pre-or post workout or no workout at all and reap the benefits for your skin, the sauna is best for muscle relaxation and lowering blood pressure. The steam room will help with overall detoxification of the body—the preference is yours.

Our Juice bars provide pre and post workout fresh fruit and vegetable protein shakes, energy bars, energy drinks, fruit, and water. Members may charge juice bar purchases directly to their account so there is no need to carry cash.

The Fitness Consultation, which is unquestionably the key to your success, is a series of four 90-minute one-on-one appointments (performed every 90 days) with one of our professionally trained Pro-Fitness Program™ Fitness Consultants. Our goal, from the very start of your member experience, is to assess your current fitness and determine, based on your individual goals, how to progress you towards those goals. Your current fitness “is what it is”, so the focus is on making improvements going forward.
The 90 minute consultation includes: a health and history screening; a complete fitness assessment; a fitness floor assessment on function, form and mobility; and a periodized prescription.

Linda S. Nikolakopoulos has provided Medical Nutrition Therapy counseling to people in both
inpatient and outpatient settings, using nutrition education to help improve their health. She
specializes in weight loss and Diabetes for both adults and children. Through her ongoing
work at Newton-Wellesley Hospital's Center for Weight Loss Surgery, she has developed an
expertise in nutrition counseling for the overweight, obese and morbidly obese populations
with advanced experience in nutrition for Gastric Bypass surgery.
She provides personalized nutrition education, attainable recommendations, and a healthy plan
to follow that fits into your lifestyle. She encourages you to break the dieting cycle once and
for all, and teaches you to incorporate realistic changes that will result in a healthy rate of
weight loss and, better yet, will show you how to keep the weight off. She also specialized in

She sees how education and behavior change around food can help us live a healthier lifestyle. Jaclyn has experience teaching about food and nutrition in many different settings including fine dining restaurants, hospitals, low-income populations, senior centers, employee worksites, and elementary through high schools. Her areas of expertise include meal planning, weight management, cooking demos, and disease prevention. Jaclyn uses her passion for delicious food help her clients adopt a healthier lifestyle that fits their taste.

Our racquetball courts are created with first-class panels and a free-standing system that are built with prefabricated wood panels, steel framing, athletic glass walls and windows, wood flooring, light fixtures, and doors. Our courts meet the most stringent design specifications and will stand the test of time. Courts are avaialble for pickup games, tournaments, leagues of all ability level, handball, and walleyball.
Why worry about it being too hot, too cold, too wet, too windy, too snowy,or too dark. Our Indoor track is available everyday in a climate controlled, motivating atmosphere. 1/10th of a mile laps break the monotony of running on the treadmill or the dangers of running on the streets.

Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players
